This may lead to the server running slower than normal or, in some cases, a system crash. Only machines running the "Server" piece are affected, the "Agent" and "Console" pieces of the application remain unaffected. This problem only occurs in version 6.1. An immediate workaround is to delete the "data.dat" file located in the "PowerChute Business Edition/Server" directory. The issue had been addressed back in version 6.1.1 of PowerChute Business Edition.
